Home movies on 16mm

One of the joys of old cine film is to come across cinematograher's home movies. These provide a lovely personalised view of life at a given time and place. As well as frecording amily scenes and events, the home movies of holidays often show locations before the influx of mass tourism. One of the nicest I have seen is this 16mm home movie of the Caribbean (Barbados, Antigua and St vincent) filmed around 1960. This film is very nicely edited with captions describing the locations filmed.

Here are some screenshots and lots more can be found on our Ebay listing at : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/284183905350 which wil be live for auction from 7pm today (14th Feb)
